To mark the 12th anniversary of VC Life Sciences, our team gathered in Shanghai for a three-day retreat at the end of 2025, filled with connection, shared experiences, and meaningful moments. Employees were joined by their families, reflecting our belief that people — and the relationships we build — are at the heart of long-term success.
Throughout the retreat, we enjoyed time together beyond daily work. From sharing meals and celebrating as one team, to moments of joy and laughter during group activities, the experience strengthened trust, collaboration, and mutual understanding. Team-based challenges encouraged communication and cooperation, while lighter moments reminded us of the simple happiness found in working together.
We also explored the cultural richness of Shanghai near our local office in Xujiahui, visiting historic landmarks, libraries, and green spaces. These shared experiences offered time to slow down, reflect, and reconnect — with the city, with culture, and with one another.
